My Week With Halloween Films in 2019 - Day 5

Rawhead Rex (1986)

A family of four is on a working trip in Ireland as the father, Howard, is researching religious churches for his book. Meanwhile, a farmer is trying to remove a large stone from his field but during a freak thunderstorm gas leaks from the ground and Rawhead Rex is released. Rawhead goes on a murderous rampage through the small Irish village. This involves Howard's family and Howard intervenes to stop Rawhead Rex.

There's not much to say about this film. It's not bad and the effects are low budget.
